Having worked for a local Invercargill bank during this time, Brenda gained insight into Client Management and both home and personal lending including Kainga Ora (formerly Housing NZ) grant applications, KiwiSaver, debt consolidation, and insurance options.
Brenda takes immense pride in helping each client and or their extended whānau with respect knows no boundaries, embracing individuals from all walks of life and backgrounds throughout their lending and insurance journeys and is there for her clients from start to finish. Lu Dunn Trainee Insurance Adviser
Lu has recently joined our team as a Trainee Risk Insurance Adviser. With over four years of experience as an Insurance Underwriter at Suncorp New Zealand, Lu has honed a sharp attention to detail and developed a solid understanding of risk management. These skills have equipped her perfectly to take on this new role and to study towards the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Personal Risk Insurance (Level 5).
Lu is known for being personable, professional, and compassionate, ensuring that every client interaction is thoughtful and tailored to meet their specific needs. Sam has recently joined as our new Lending Support team member, who will be working closely alongside Brenda and Ashleigh. Sam joins us with valuable experience from a local bank contact centre, where she also completed her New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services – Investments (Level 5).
Sam brings a broad understanding of financial services and is genuinely excited to continue learning and supporting our clients as they work towards their goals. She’s known for her friendly, approachable nature and takes the time to truly understand each individual’s situation.
